2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates provided via our website or email are preliminary and subject to change based on final engineering, material availability, and final project scope. A formal contract will be provided for all custom milling and timber frame projects.

3. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of this website are owned by Team Timber. Any plans, blueprints, or specifications you upload remain your intellectual property. By uploading them, you grant us a license to review and use them solely for the purpose of providing you with a quote or rendering services.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Team Timber, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
