SIPs — Structural Insulated Panels
Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) pair an insulating foam core between two structural facings to form a complete wall and roof system. Cut to match your timber frame, SIPs deliver an airtight, energy-efficient envelope that goes up fast and performs for the life of the building.

Engineered to your frame
Every panel is CNC-fabricated from your timber frame drawings, with openings for windows, doors and wiring chases pre-cut. Panels arrive ready to install — no field guessing, minimal waste, and a tight fit against the timbers.
A complete envelope
SIPs form both structure and insulation in one step, eliminating the gaps and thermal bridging common in stick framing. The result is a quieter, more comfortable, dramatically more efficient home.
Superior Insulation
High R-value foam core keeps homes warmer in winter, cooler in summer
Airtight Envelope
Custom-cut panels seal tight, reducing drafts and energy loss
Lower Energy Bills
Up to 50% less energy use versus conventional framing
Faster Install
Large pre-cut panels go up quickly, shortening the build schedule
Precision Cut
CNC-fabricated to match your timber frame exactly
Strong & Quiet
Solid, rigid walls and roof for a structurally sound, quiet interior
