Our 22' x 36' two-story Timber Frame Barn combines traditional craftsmanship with a versatile layout and practical use of space. With approximately 1,540 square feet across two levels, this design offers plenty of room for storage, workshop space, equipment, or other uses depending on your needs.

The classic barn profile, 12:12 roof pitch, and traditional Mortise and Tenon joinery give the structure its distinctive Timber Frame character. With 9' wall heights on both floors, the design provides useful space on each level, making it well suited for a Barn, Garage, Workshop, or other multi-purpose building.

The design can also be customized to better suit your intended use and project requirements.
