20' x 16' Scissor Truss

This compact scissor truss frame is engineered around a series of paired top and bottom chords forming a vaulted roof geometry. The 20' span is carried through a combination of 8x10 structural members, knee braces for joint reinforcement, and a central ridge board supported by common rafters. The 16' depth creates a balanced footprint ideal for small cabins, studios, or accessory structures. The scissor truss configuration naturally opens the interior volume, reducing the need for interior supports while maintaining strong load transfer to the perimeter posts and bottom plate. Each component is CNC cut for accuracy, ensuring tight joinery and efficient on site assembly.
